For practical purposes , we will reduce losses and expences 50%. Still we may get 172/2=86% profit in a year.

Magic Rule of 72

If you want to double your investment, how many years are required with the interest rate of 8.5 % ?
Can you answer it in one minute?
Yes! there is rule no 72 for this. You divide 72 by  interest rate and the answer will be the number of years to double your money.
Suppose you are investing Rs 1lac @9% interest rate. then 72/9= 8 years will br required  to double your money.
Is is not great idea ? Use it before investing in any instrument.

Friday, 30th November, 2012

Today at 9.20am ,State Bank of India nas gone upto 2158. As decided earlier, we will sell 5nos @2150 ( which we had bought at 2050 on 20.11.2012. See the post of that day.

Here our profit is>> Bought value 2050*5=10250, Sold Value2150*5= 10750, Hence our profit is 10750-10250=Rs. 500/-

Here we have earned Rs 500 on investment of 10250. Yearly returns on investment is within 10 days. We will consider that in one month we get such opportunity once. Then our returns would be (500/10250)*12*100=58 %. Even if we reduce 8% expenses. OUR PROFIT WOULD BE 50%. Is it not great?
